1.Application for participation in the competition;
2.A completed application form;
3.Copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, copy of parents’ identity card;
4. Medical certificate form №086/У;
5. Certificate of residence, the applicant’s and parents’ place of residence;
6. Copies of the time sheet(for 6 class 1,2 quarters);
7. Copies of Letters of Credit, diplomas, certificates (in the presence of);
